Project Assistant with PR Duties
My responsibilities have been grouped into three categories:
1. Responsible for PR: internal and external communication of the Foundation (weekly-quarterly newsletter, information of the board of directors, communication with the press, etc.), image of the foundation (website design and renewal of information on it - www.alphatransilvana.ro) , thinking and elaborating the elements of visual identity (leaflets, brochures, annual reports, etc.).
2. Project assistant: preparation of financial and narrative reports in national and international projects, event organization: national and international conferences.
3. Assistant director: assisting the work of the director of the Foundation, secretarial attributions (correspondence), maintaining relations with collaborating companies.
