I have an ICT and psychology background with a firm record of delivery in a variety of project and technical environments, both agile and waterfall. I have delivered in several BA roles, and some of my responsibilities included: • Supported a major SAP HANA/4 and PEGA transformation project. This was a whole-of-government system and associated business change. • Lead Business Analyst delivering workshop facilitation and process flows of key business processes, including identifying risks, gaps, strengths and opportunities. • Delivery of workshops and providing assessments of customer requirements for ICT requests up to $20m, including solution design, cost estimation, resourcing, support models and reporting, with stakeholders ranging from clients, ICT leadership, Project Managers, operations, security, and enterprise architecture. • Led the production of high quality business analysis outcomes such as requirements elicitation in the Operating Model / Requirements packages in the Strategy phase of a $70m project. • Liaison with business users to delivery project artefacts including user stories (functional requirements), non-functional requirements, operating model, and data models in the Requirements Analysis phase of a $70m project. • Provided advice and assurance on requirements tools and traceability. • Operating model development, business case development and requirements gathering for a WoG business intelligence, data services and reporting service (The Australian Government Data Exchange). The project was cost estimated at $20m but delivered in sprints. I supported the implementation of data services such as Qliksense, visualization, and reporting tools to enable self-service BI while co-located with the business. • BA for a network and infrastructure team delivering business intelligence services across Defence, delivered system accreditation documentation to support a major information security assessment. • Delivered options papers, technical guides and release notes for various releases of ICT and project functionality.
