I am a very self-motivated person with an ambition to conquer the world! I believe that anything is possible, all it takes is a good plan and good self-management in time. I always try to work more than 100% until I reach my goal - the road is sometimes changeable, so you have to adapt to it with the main goal in mind. I don't let go easily, I am taught patience and humility.
I have several years of experience in HR implementation and recruitment focusing mainly on IT. As a recruiter, I first create a process under the technology, company culture and team the person would go to. Then I search (usually direct search) for the right people who will enter the company very smoothly and happily and add value. Guidelines are a lot but defining the character of a good partner I can mention competence, empathy, humility, self-development and helping others.
