Key Responsibilities and Achievements: Screen all OPD patients and visitors that come into the hospital. All the presumptive cases (those who answered a YES at least to one of the questions), make sure that they get tested by producing their sputum samples. Ensure samples get to the lab where it will get tested. If any result turns out to be a TUBERCULOSIS POSITIVE, I call them to ensure they come to the hospital, advice them and make sure their drugs are administered to them. Do follow up with patients to ensure they finish their drugs within 6 months or 1 year (however the case may be).
