Establish a startup company

This project was focused on establishing a startup company called Mitra Andalan Systemindo. The project began in 2015 and is still active today. My role in this project was to be the first employee, which entailed creating almost everything from scratch. This included setting up office tools, creating and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), hiring and onboarding new employees, and finding potential customer databases. Throughout this project, I had to use my knowledge and creativity to develop sustainable solutions to ensure the success of the company. Additionally, I developed broader skills such as communication, leadership, and problem-solving. This project has taught me how to build a successful business from the ground up and it has been a very rewarding experience.
