This project enhanced my skills in e-commerce setup, listing management, inventory tracking, and optimizing the customer journey. It has been a successful venture that deepened my understanding of the digital landscape. 2015: Establish a startup company In 2015, I established Mitra Andalan Systemindo as a (bootstrapped) startup company. As the first employee, I built everything from scratch, including office tools, SOPs, hiring, onboarding, and customer database acquisition.
