Manage Invoices and Receipts checked in PropertyME Software Application, Keep Collections Current, and making followup collections in PropertyME Application, Monitoring Clients Transactions Portfolio in a Daily Basis, Reconcile Trusts Accounts in a weekly Basis, Submitting Reports weekly, of Payments and Collections, Requesting of Approval for Month End Closing of TrustAccounts Balance in PropertyME, Planning and Forecasting of Unexpected Expenses, (like Repairs, Fixture Depreciate, and Procurements) Monitoring the Clients Portfolio by setting the monthly, quarterly , semi-annualy, and annually, expenses per Property. Inputing expenses transactions using Hubdoc to Xero Accounting.
