Joining meetings, making calls to clients and prospects remotely, email management As a Remote Territory Sales Manager (TSM) based in Choma, I am responsible for managing customer relationships, prospecting new clients, and driving business growth across 14 districts in Zambia's Southern Province. I operate independently from the head office, working remotely to stay closely connected to the market while maintaining flexibility and efficiency. My role involves nurturing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, implementing region-specific sales strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. By staying grounded in the region, I provide valuable field insights and contribute to the company’s overall performance through consistent, results-driven engagement.
I make use of Zoom, Whatsapp, WeChat, direct calling and Google suite to engage and interact with clients and management. I use the Microsoft suite to track leads and share detailed information on market trends for informed decision making.
