Conducted UX Research for a Software Development company with increasing dissatisfaction of clients with their support service. There were challenging limitations: zero budget, not being able to test the software, contact clients only by email and phone. However, by using the Design Thinking methodology putting the users at the center of the process, and engaging the team to work with me, I was able to develop quantitative and qualitative researches that tackled these issues and brought results. After 1 month there was a 27% decrease in inbound calls 10 % increase in software sales and a 21% in services sales. See the report on my portfolio.
