I am a Graphic Designer who enjoys translating information into efficient and compelling images. I have experience designing social media posts, presentations, textiles, logos, business cards, flyers, and banners. I can develop layouts according to the client´s style or current trends, from minimalist and elegant to busy, and colorful. But I also enjoy trying new things, mixing and matching techniques to create something unique. I studied Design Thinking and UX, worked as a UX researcher, and this improved my focus on the user. I am a calm, proactive person that can pick up the pace of established teams, enjoy using new tools, and have experience working remotely. I worked In the Civic Tech Structure project´s agile team as a UX researcher conducting interviews, analyzing qualitative data, performing transcriptions, codding, tagging, and card sorting. I also developed a comparative analysis on playbooks, collaborated with the development of training material for new researchers, and updated the research repository. This project aims to offer recommendations for a new version of Code for America´s Playbook with nationwide UX research of the +90 Brigades' to define their needs and pain points.

Conducted UX Research for a Software Development company with increasing dissatisfaction of clients with their support service. There were challenging limitations: zero budget, not being able to test the software, contact clients only by email and phone. However, by using the Design Thinking methodology putting the users at the center of the process, and engaging the team to work with me, I was able to develop quantitative and qualitative researches that tackled these issues and brought results. After 1 month there was a 27% decrease in inbound calls 10 % increase in software sales and a 21% in services sales. See the report on my portfolio.
