Full Cinemas Barcelona, a subsidiary for Kinepolis Group NV, decided to join the existing online sales channels of the group in order to maintain consistency and synergy in future development and expansions. My job consisted of : - phase 1: content migration of the existing Joomla website via the group API (backend) - API support to our Spanish development colleagues - phase 2: redesign and migrate the existing website into the group's Drupal framework (frontend) - UX support during redesign phase in cooperation with our Spanish product owner colleagues - Support usability and acceptance testing to involved stakeholders
