A proud graduate of IIT Varanasi and have a deep passion for helping job seekers find their dream job. During my college years, I felt directionless and unsatisfied, until a chance encounter with my senior, Mayur Dhurpte (CTO of iMumz), led me to meet Archit Bindal (CEO of HyreSnap). Instead of participating in my college placements, I dedicated my time to assisting others in their job search.
Under Archit's guidance, I played a crucial role in building the HyreSnap AI Resume Builder, which is now used by over 100k users worldwide and helps them receive three times more interview calls.
Through our work with job seekers, we noticed a significant gap in the interviewing process and decided to create a new platform, Interview as a Service, to complement the Resume Builder. This platform streamlines the hiring process for companies by outsourcing interviews to our team of 450+ expert interviewers. With Archit's guidance and the help of my colleague Rhutik, we successfully launched this platform in under four months and it is currently serving over 15 clients.
