Roles and Responsibilities :
• Recruitment and Selection
• Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates
• Employee On boarding process.
• Giving induction to new joiners .
• looking into joining and exit formalities
• Keeping track of bench resources .
• Attrition control & Retention.
• Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
• Manage day-to-day office operations; oversee and coordinate overall office activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership
• Manage relationship with facilities management; coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
• Assisting the employees on their queries, complaints, issues, Payment issues, etc.
• Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
• New Hire Orientation: New joined documentation and various induction sessions facilitation ensure to retain valuable employees.
• Coordinate with the employees and ensure they send time sheets on time.
