 Working Capital Management which included – Preparation of CMA data for Working capital renewal under consortium banking arrangement; Preparation of Project Reports wrt to Term Loans; Working capital appraisal; Submission of monthly and quarterly reports to the bankers as per the terms of the sanctions; Dealing with multiple bankers wrt to the credit arrangements of the Company; and Identifying the potential benefits & planning for the company under standalone & consortium credit facilities.  Fund Management which included – Bank limits – Cash Credits, PCFC, EPC, LC’s & buyers credit limits of group companies and arranging of funds as per the requirement; Proper utilization of various bank limits under the consortium & standalone credit facilities to reduce the finance costs; Conversion of INR Term Loans into FCNRB loans to reduce borrowing cost; Forex exposure by way of natural hedge and financial hedge; Finance control for day-to-day fund requirements & planning for timely payments to the vendors- domestic & import; Timely compliances of various banks to improve credit rating of the company both internal and external; and Investments of the company.  Import & Export – Supervision & control on Import – Export activities with various banks, day to day forex management, proper utilization of available natural hedge and planning for financial hedge.  Audits & Due Diligences – Managing the closure of Statutory and Internal Audits of the Company for efficient closure without any observations or qualifications; Financial due diligences conducted by big4 audit firms and Stock audit and bank inspections.  Regulatory Compliances, Tax Matters & Litigations – Income Tax, TDS matters & assessments; Finalisation & filing of Income Tax return, Tax Audit Report & Transfer Pricing Report
