I have been working as a Customer Care Representative for over 5 years now. The first company I worked with was a telecommunications company, where I served as both a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a Technical Support Representative (TSR). In my second company, where I worked for more than 3 years, I handled various roles as a CSR — including order entry, order processing, billing, retention, and upselling. I also worked as a TSR, then advanced to a Client Success Manager role, and eventually became a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
