I'm a translator or the French, English, Bengali & Hindi Languages for your organisation. I might be naïve in this domain of work but I have the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn on the job by endeavouring to successfully achieve the goal. I have been working as a Translator for the last two years and two months. Among the recent work, I have translated a full film script into French from English for a very renowned director of our country. Other than that I have translated numerous other texts. I have done proofreading occasionally. I am also a Course Designer & Course Material Developer, Blogger & SME. Previously, I have worked in the corporate world on Information Technology for 2.5 years and another 3.5 years as a Freelance IT professional. Though an expert in the domain of Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Data Communication & Networking, I have an ear for languages and am affluent in languages like French, English, Hindi and Bangla (native). I tend to work with passion, dedication & methodically. I desire to merge both my Knowledge of Languages & Science. The most important factor is that I am a complete manual Translator. I do not prefer to utilise any translating tool/software. I understand that no software can provide the flavour of the language and maintain the essence of the text like a human. Hence, my methodology is that I go through the content thoroughly and then translate it using the appropriate words, correct grammar and punctuation. Later, I do the proofreading myself minimise the error, which is rare. I have translated a numerous texts. Recently, I have translated a screenplay in from English to French. I interact with the client in regular intervals for updates too. I always maintain the confidentiality of the projects that I do. I never breach the agreement that I make with my client.
