● Support the department’s Diversity and Inclusion Champion and the Employee Diversity and Inclusion Networks, with recognizing, recommending, organizing and implementing priorities and initiatives ● Draft the terms of reference for the Diversity and Inclusion Networks ● Identify, table and set the agenda for the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Network meetings ● Develop the framework for the governance structures of the Diversity and Inclusion Networks and lead the secretariat related functions ● Lead consultations on various Diversity and Inclusion projects ● Research and identify cultural programming to be integrated into departmental planning and initiatives ● Review and provide input for Employment, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion programming, products and initiatives ● Compose Diversity and Inclusion related articles for publishing in Departmental communications ● Liaise, coordinate and consult between the offices of executives for various departments, sectors, branches and internal or external stakeholders ● Proofread and provide input on various files and correspondences ● Draft various communications to internal and external stakeholders ● Recommend appropriate courses of action or standards/processes to the Manager, Director and Director General ● Lead and facilitate special events and projects for Human Resources Branch as requested
