*Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors of real estate as required by business demand
*Interface with inside as well as outside counsel for legal review
*Manage market analysis and site search activities
*Provide assistance to facilities team when landlord performance issues arise and for community interactions such as Municipal hearings, permit reviews, etc.
