As a pioneer employee at a resort, I took on the role of Front Office Coordinator, managing reservations, reception duties, and various administrative tasks. With no staff in the reception and being the sole personnel in the admin office, I was responsible for organizing and filing all necessary documents while also serving as the primary point of communication with superiors, including HR, who were miles away from the resort.
I also worked as a back-office agent in a BPO company. There, we feed data to an Automotive vehicle so that it can run by itself.
I also have experience in administrative tasks that I acquired working in Thailand as a receptionist, such as answering e-mails, handling calls, accepting online bookings, walk-ins, and making phone bookings. I was also authorized to receive payments and update them in the system.
I always strive to complete my tasks efficiently and on time. I will take the initiative and ensure that all responsibilities are handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
