Lead a creative team. Create a culture of care, nurturing and professionalism within my team. Lead and create an agenda for weekly meetings with my team in order to discuss ideas and/or concerns. Lead/ record creative workshops with my team. Increase, incentivize high productivity within my team members, trying to achieve new records every month. Make notes, correct, any designs that do not seem to follow brief or seem to have gone misunderstood. Submit designs to the customer service team on a daily basis with a maximum amount of understanding from every brief and minimum margin of error. Create templates for the team to utilize more complex designs. Ensure high quality of template designs in terms of aesthetics and usability then create original and out-of-the-box templates for various concepts, themes, and subjects such as presentations, corporate collaterals, graphic templates for web, social media, etc.). Execute graphic design efficiently & following internal processes then finalize any work not done or started by my team due on the day. Manages workload, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work.
