○ I built their IT skill & talent software platform. We used React, Node, HTML5/ CSS, GraphQL, Postgres to build the application, and AWS (EC2, ASG, ALB, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS clusters, etc) to deploy it. Managed a small team in Pune and worked closely with technical leadership in Boston to architect the product. ○ Also operated a 20+ seat training center and a small Ops/Recruitment team. We conducted corporate/retail training to gain insight into the skilling/hiring industry challenges. These helped design our product features. Technologies we trained/hired for: JS, React, Angular, MEAN/MERN, .NET/C#, Java, AI/ML, etc.

○ I designed & built Elivotech's flagship product, Docs2EHR, and helped sell it to Varian Medical (a Fortune 1000 healthcare co., now with the Siemens group). Worked closely with the Varian product team and a few healthcare SMEs in San Francisco and Arizona to understand the gaps in ARIA - their EHR platform - and built the product around it. We sold an Oncology exclusive license to Varian with an annual support license. ○ Also procured the multi-year ARIA mobility project to build & manage the missing mobile product solution. This team was finally acquired in Jan 2023 as part of a BOT acquisition, resulting in an exit for me. ○ Technologies used: .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Xamarin, Android, Java, iOS, Objective-C, SQLite, XMPP, AWS. Managed a team size of 25+ and multiple vendors.
