Responsibilities: - -Participating in a global project (different plants involved) and responsible for the mass migration of process data from multiple database-sources to Windchill (PLM-software). -Collection of data, data cleansing, Data Preparation and creation of template for importing mass data to windchill. -Creation and verification of Parts, Part Structure/BOM, Process plans/ production-routings, various types of operations, machine cell and tool lists after upload from a local Access-database to the PLM-software windchill. -Quality check of production-routings, which were transferred from the ERP-system to the PLM-software windchill. -Creation of model-based definition functionality Control characteristics of parts. -Creation and verification of Digital process control charts and link measuring equipment to the control chart in PLM-software windchill. -Closely working with core parts engineers from factories to release new parts, assemblies and process plans. -Create and manage engineering change notices (ECNs) / engineering change orders (ECOs) in accordance with IGW procedures. -Providing training sessions and support to various factories of IGW and BMT Group related to windchill processes. Product: Gear, Gearboxes, Couplings.
