I've worked as an ecommerce Customer Service Representative/ Technical Support Agent for three years with Amazon. My tasks included the following: • Assisting customers with issues surrounding Amazon orders which may be: tracking orders, where is my stuff, return and/or refunds also adding reviews. • Assisting customers with technical issues or queries regarding Amazon Devices and/or services My task and workload varied from day to day, but I was and always will be up for a challenge. I've used a number of online tools and other software programs for this particular job, such as Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word. I learn quickly, and adjusting to any campaign will be no issue.
