Run Oracle AR Aging reports, customer accounts, GL reports, review them to ensure that invoices are created, receipts booked on daily and transactions are reconciled on a daily basis.
∙ Review and ensure monthly, year-end closing activities are done accurately as per HQ

∙ Receive and check customer credit evaluation\credit review and calculate financial exposure.
∙ Check new agents’ status and ask for the required documents as per IAP in order to open QR stock for them.
∙ Identify reasons for variances and pending transactions by proper follow up & review stations’ deliverables and outstanding statements for QR offices.
∙ Responsible for checking as well as verifying customer accounts in depth, prepare and forward AR Aging reports requested by management.
∙ regularly raising invoices, credit notes, set off transactions on Oracle AR if required, to maintain neat and clean aging.
∙ Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct subordinate staff in the daily operations of various finance activities including accounts receivable.
∙ Guide and monitor outstations finance to achieve at zero audit points, instigate compliance of IAP, Policies and DOA.
∙ Reconcile outstation GSA accounts.
∙ Investigate, resolve, address, and/or respond to issues, complaints or inquiries from external entities or within the organization, respond to requests for service or assistance
∙ Coordinate activities with other departments.
