Linking Packaging Autonomous Maintenance Pillar with the Progressive Quality Pillar by following up on Root Cause Failure Analyses and making sure that they are completed correctly. Representing the packaging department in the Brewery Safety Pillar and working as a machine safety specialist. Being in charge of the Mean Time Between Assist/Touch (MTBA/T) tool data collection, analysis and reporting in the packaging department. Taking part in the Daily Control System (DCS) level 2 meeting where actions are taken to solve problems and prevent them from reoccurring. Participate in the making of and ensure that Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFAs) are carried out in the right way. This is followed by taking part in deep analyses in order to complete the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) loop. Working as the lead operator by operating the critical packaging machines. Ensuring that fellow operators carry out thorough root-cause failure analyses and reporting. Being in charge of tag management in the packaging department and following up on maintenance to make sure all planned and corrective activities are carried out. Packaging operators place tags and solve some of them, and require help from the preventive maintenance department for the rest.
