I’m currently a repair technician at UBreakiFix, but have 15 years experience at Target, 4 as a supervisor. I’ve always been more interested in a customer facing role, be it physically face to face with them or remotely in a call center setting. I keep my cool and enjoy helping customers achieve what they contacted me for.
