Northstar is a complete and one stop club management solution, used widely in hospitality management all around the world. This ERP software handles all POS and other business revenues earnings areas. My responsibilities include Handling client queries (call and emails). Most of the contacts we received is from the higher management of the clubs including General managers, Controller, CTO's, CFO's in regards to the better use of the software to fulfil their requirements.
