Northstar is a complete and one stop club management solution, used widely in hospitality management all around the world. This ERP software handles all POS and other business revenues earnings areas. My responsibilities include Handling client queries (call and emails). Most of the contacts we received is from the higher management of the clubs including General managers, Controller, CTO's, CFO's in regards to the better use of the software to fulfil their requirements. My daily tasks also includes the following: - Working with development team in investigating and resolving client issues - Performing application maintenance activities such as taking back up, deploying patches and running SQL scripts to extract the data and to fix the issues. - Printer troubleshooting includes machine printing, web service printing and SSL based web service printing The modules of expertise are the following: - Core financial modules are General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. - Website Layout, Design and Development changes - Mobile app, configurational and Development changes - POS for Food and Beverage and Retails - Purchasing and Inventory - Banquets and Events - Property Management System (POA) - Membership Data Management - Emails campaign management - Rooms (hotel, cottage and lodge operations) - Timekeeping (Payroll processing) - Activities (Fitness, athletic, Tennis) - Tee time (Golf Operations) - Spa - Gate access (automatic gate entry) - Locker (bag storage operations) - Work order
