In short, I started to manage and operate dropshipping at the January of 2018. Dropshipping is a business model where you have an online store with no stock and use Digital Marketing to attract customers and make the sale. In fact, most of the suppliers I worked with were from Hong Kong or Shenzen. And when I say that I did Dropshipping, I really did everything. This starts with the creation of the store. I have always used the Shopify platform, which is a platform that allows anyone to create their ecommerce. So I learned how to configure everything, from the layout, the customer help pages, the import and registration of products, the payment gateway, the messages scheduled for automatic sending, the applications for increasing sales conversion, customer support by e-mail, contact with suppliers, monitoring the shipment of goods, post-sales, mining and testing new products, domain registration and after all that, Digital Marketing. Regarding Digital Marketing, I always used Facebook ADS, which is Facebook's ad platform. It encompasses Instagram and more than 20 ad placements. So, I learned everything about Facebook ADS by testing everything from the beginning. First, configuring the BM, which is Facebook's Business Manager, where everything happens. I create the company page, define all the necessary information, the administrators who can access it, the tracking pixel (which is the most important of the process), the sales funnel, the payment settings and a backup plan, which it is also very important. After all this done, we started testing ads for the chosen products. In a very brief way, I study the product's target audience on Facebook Audience Insights, which is an information platform for Facebook itself to help advertisers, define the budget strategy based on the product price and the ROI we calculate, design the creatives and I upload the ads. Then I collect the results daily and optimize them accordingly. Obviously, everything I said here is very briefly. I have a test store that you can check out. Her address is www.aperfeitashop.com. It was made on a platform called CartX, which is similar to Shopify, but is Brazilian and cheaper. In addition, attached is a video of my ad accounts that I used and their results. Besides that, I worked with SEO Link Building. In summary, the company is an online learning platform founded in 2002 that offers online courses and degrees. Her strategy is more focused on organic traffic, using SEO. Because it has many content creators in the company, it prefers to produce articles and request partnerships on websites so that they use her publications. That way, she can rank on Google with ease. My job was to analyze numerous sites and decide whether they serve the interests of company and the article it was trying to publish. If it was a good site, I also had the task of getting the best contact for the partnership to be signed. On average, I was reviewing 150 sites a day and sending out partnership contacts. Everything was done through its CMS platform, Buzzstream and our contact email. Other than that, personally I am a totally disciplined guy in everything. I exercise, I follow a healthy lifestyle, I work hard every day and before bed I enjoy my hobby, which is watching some CS: GO game on Twitch. Focused, disciplined and optimistic, this is me. Rodolfo
