The most recent relevant experience I have is as a Technical Support Specialist for Hostaway. My main responsibilities are tending to clients who uses our Property Management Software,Assist clients with property management (Airbnb, Booking.com,VRBO,TripAdvisor), and Detect bugs and issues and provide timely resolution to ensure seamless product experience.
Prior to that I also had an experience as a Customer Experience Specialist for Airbnb which lasted for 2 years. The scope of support that I am responsiblefor includes acting as a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints regarding the listing that
they booked, arbitrate between hosts and guests through any channel
available.(Calls, email, and messaging) when an altercation occurs, and to assist hosts or property owners regarding any configuration requests or concerns that they may have.
