My name is Romain and I am from Jamaica. I have over 8 years experience in the BPO industry as a customer service agent and I also acquired a supervisor role for 2 years within the field as well. I assisted with solving customer issues related to numerous companies inclusive of AT&T, Verizon and Bookit which was recently closed during the Covid19 breakout season. My strong interpersonal skills gave me the required platform to not only provide alternatives for customers but incessantly improve their experience wholeheartedly. It is indeed an experience that requires a lot of patience as well, something that i possess in abundance, to ensure that the potential for customer satisfaction is maximized.
