About

Hi, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. My confidence and communication skills were developed during my school years. I developed my skills transferring sales data to spreadsheets and preparing daily reports after my shift while receiving on-the-job training in a hotel. After graduation, I worked as a lounge attendant at Dubai International Airport. We help passengers make a comfortable connection. During those days, I received various customer service trainings that helped me to be more effective in providing customer satisfaction. Later on, I decided to pursue work training in the United States. I received my training at Salt Lake City's largest hotel. I frequently worked as a telephone operator. I take calls from both inside and outside the hotel for restaurant reservations, food orders, and other special requests. When I returned home, I worked as a customer service/sales agent in a call center in the BPO industry. Fortunately, an airline company hired me. I answer phone calls from customers who want to book a ticket using their points, credit cards, vouchers, and so on, and I help them change their reservations based on their preferences. The most difficult aspect of my previous job was dealing with unexpected events such as calamities affecting flights or system issues. We stayed late to help the passengers by providing the best options. I currently run a small stable business. I now have more free time to learn and expand my knowledge. Hope to work with you soon.
