Renovation Project Coordinator (Remote Work Role)
Property management role responsible for controlling and directing key aspects of the rental property turnover and renovation process, including bidding, scheduling, coordinating, and troubleshooting with both general and specialized contractors, coordinating efforts with company representatives and in-house technicians, and ensuring safe, timely, and efficient results for owners and residents. Responsible for turnover and renovations in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Austin, Houston and surrounding areas in Texas, as well as select VIP portfolios in several other states. Role involves use of a complex and evolving digital property management platform, online smartlock control systems, as well as an assortment of communication and remote work tools. As a startup, the company requires frequent adaptation to new SOPs, tools, and methods while prioritizing the interests of property owners and prospective residents. I directly managed response to several crisis situations (catastrophic water damage, break-ins at vacant properties, a power pole set to fall onto a managed property, etc.) during just my first year, and continued to successfully manage challenging property situations throughout my time with Mynd.
My role with the company was cut due to company-wide layoffs.

Talent scouted due to admin experience and familiarity with EAM.
Part of a newly hired team of two responsible for physical and digital inventory management of critical mechanical spares for warehouse conveyor lines and associated mechanisms, including organizing, ordering, cycle counts, and site-to-site transfers. Work site is an 1 million square foot active warehouse facility that operates 24/7 and requires constant availability of the inventory my position is responsible for. Previous employee(s) had mismanaged the operation, resulting in major inaccuracies and record gaps. Within the first 6 weeks on the job my coworker and I had made significant progress towards correction, enough to draw recognition from a top-level company oversight team.
Left role due to misrepresentation of hiring (position was presented to me as a permanent placement, however it was later confirmed that the company over-hired to meet temporary needs).

Engineering Administrative Assistant
Promoted to Administrative Assistant for IMTT's Engineering department (October 2018).
Engineering Admin Assistant job is a multifaceted support, administrative, and record-keeping role. Responsibilities include using ISNetworld database to ensure contractor compliance with insurance and safety standards, assisting in setup of new contractors / vendors, providing support for engineers using Infor EAM (work orders, project management, invoices & payments, records & reports, etc.), processing and maintaining paper & digital records, etc. Serves as a direct support position for the terminal’s Head of Engineering & Maintenance.
Provided significant training for my replacement in the Maintenance Clerk role, including writing a 50-page manual detailing the tasks and operating procedures for the position. Resumed majority of Maintenance Clerk responsibilities when the position was later vacated.
During COVID-19 pandemic, worked from home for multiple weeks without diminished efficacy.
