About
A decade of Marketing (Digital growth & Communication) , CMS, Brand Management, Partnerships & Client Relations, PR & Agency Relations experience across categories & geographies (India and Singapore). Worked in diverse roles across different companies, from established brands like (Bossini, ACE group of companies, Credit Suisse) in Singapore to challenger startup-like Bloom Hotel Group in India. Amongst my past avatars, I have managed Marketing, Partnerships, Client Relationships, Communication, PR, and Agency Relations for startups and MNCs alike and have been involved as Lead - Consultant with consumer - centric industries in client-facing roles with IT/non-IT startups, media conglomerates, global leaders, and hospitality/real estate groups of companies. Communication and Client Relations have been my DNA, and my last assignment was at Your-Space, as their Lead - Marketing & Partnerships, and previous to that was at Bloom Hotel Group as their Lead- Brand, Partnerships & CRM, where I had been managing diverse portfolios like Social Media, Digital Growth, CMS, Client Relations, Partnerships, PR and Agency/Media Relations. Amongst various other projects, I led the Social Media Marketing (where I grew the community size to 100%) in a span of a few months and have been the custodian for Brand Communication for (21 properties and expanding as I mention). I have also had considerable involvement in the launch of 5 new properties, managing the CMS & Digital Growth, Partnerships, Blogger/Media Relations, Marketing campaigns, PR/Blogger events, among others. Additionally, I come with a rich experience in CMS and have gained expertise in Sitecore, managing the client - facing website of Ricoh USA and assisting with the management of Ricoh Canada. This experience has turned me into a tech geek, and I have become obsessed with managing Communication for digital growth of a brand. I am fluent in two languages, English, and Hindi (Hindi being my mother tongue), and am a beginner in French. Along with my expertise in CMS platforms like Sitecore, I am also well - versed and experienced in tools and applications like JIRA, Asana, Salesforce, and Hubspot, Mailchimp among other marketing and CRM automation tools. As a professional - I am extremely dedicated, focussed, and committed. I am extremely passionate about my work and I constantly strive hard to deliver work of excellent quality, at all times. I am also extremely hard -working and am a multi-tasker, having donned various hats in many startups that I’ve worked with. I love ownership of responsibilities and give my all to the project I’m working on. I have received numerous accolades, rewards and recognitions in my previous roles and have always enjoyed an impeccable reputation as a professional. As a person, I love to travel - exploring new places to visit, and eat, are two of my favourite things to do, and I thrive on experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. In my free time, I love catching up on reading, and occasionally like to paint. Music is another thing I am passionate about, and with good music in my ears, my hard work and dedication know no bounds.

Responsibilities & Highlights: ● Marketing- Social, Digital & Content- Ideation, strategy and execution of marketing plan, campaigns, analysis on social media, digital and web content. Analyzing consumer insights, crafting plans for our creative team and developing guidelines to promote the brand across various channels. ● CMS, UI/UX Admin - creating web pages on client - facing websites for global leaders, ensuring smooth deliverables by understanding the client requirements.
