From my early years in the academic field, I wondered really how to support individuals who needs a real care. At that time I thought it is only the special need child who needs care and in entering the field of Montessori that trained me to observe more and more I found out that all children needs care in a way or another. I stayed in this field for years in order to develop my own sensation about connection to the child and how to guide him turn into a positive effective citizen. My fruit was on the tree after seeing the children growing and developing. I traced the children development even after they went to the traditional education way. It is important to reflect your own experience in the Montessori system as each culture is different than the other. Understanding the needs of the child and respect him are very effective keys for the development. I believed that the educator roll is not limited to the school fences but it is a roll that can be used to develop the community.
That is why I had to learn how to communicate and speak the same language of the 21st century; I had to jump into a field that is used by everyone, which is the social media. Attracting and convincing an adult is a skillful act that needs a one to be trained on. I need that and I got it.
Designing, planning and implementing the Montessori curriculum is very wide, flexible and difficult. Every day I learn a new skill that service my main profession.
