- Carry out the recruitment process lifecycle including posting the mission vacancies online, processing applications, and shortlisting-qualified candidates.
- Conduct competency-based interviews for National positions of all levels
- Support the HR Coordinator in planning and conducting recruitments for expat positions.
- Report on a weekly basis all recruitment updates and provide any needed suggestions for improvements
- Manage the Annual Training Plan, yearly evaluations and Virtual Campus (the dedicated training website for ACF)
- Support all leave and per diem requests and follow up on all pending matters
- Prepare the payroll on a monthly basis for ACF Beirut staff
- Organize contracts management and signatures, arrange for onboardings and briefings with coordination employees for new joiners
