About
Being in the technology space makes me feel like I am always at the heart of the action; taking on one challenge after the other. I have a deep passion for cloud computing and computer networks but I am certain about one thing; I want to be a Cloud Solutions Architect (and one of the best that have ever lived). The idea of not only understanding the technology but also assisting organizations to leverage it to transform their businesses is so fulfilling.
I like people, family, and as absurd as it may sound, I also like challenges. Yes, challenges! but of course, I don't mean being in the difficult of situations in life. Just the tough situations that make life interesting and make my career grow. At the moment, I have been challenged to set up and head the cloud department at Spartec Consortium-Africa (SCA) Limited and it is never a dull day for me. I have a great team there and if we are not actively brainstorming on how to handle certain customer requests, we are carefully assessing the Microsoft Azure Cloud Adoption Framework. I also do not know how I got to lead such a critical team early in my career but I am sure that with the right skills and attitude, age is just a number. My approach to every customer problem is not just selling and setting up cloud infrastructure, but ensuring that it surely contributes to the customer's business goals. Coz no business really loves technology anyway😎😅, but they certainly love what technology can help them accomplish.
My love for people has made me come together with a few friends and start an initiative to help university students or anyone interested in skilling up in the cloud. It is called Resource Cloud Academy (RCA), a community where they can equip themselves with relevant technical, communication, and presentation skills as they also create a great network of like-minded individuals.
