I have been working in the Customer Support industry for about 6 years now. Gained experience in the local market and GCC with Careem. Moved to a BPO and worked for Uber Eats in the EMEA region on phone support. Got moved to HR and hired suitable candidates for Support of Uber Eats, Talabat, food panda, and many more projects. Then started working with a USA-based Company who were hiring for their support department here with a local Company. This opened an opportunity for me to work with a wonderful team in the USA and provided me the opportunity to work in a hybrid working model.
