I'm a Technical Recruiting professional experienced in recruiting candidates for a wide spectrum of industries ranging from Engineering & Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare/Medical/Chemical/Pharma, Life Sciences, Automation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Retail, Food, Construction, Sales & Marketing, Media & Entertainment and Banking & Finance in the Admin/Clerical, Professional/Technical, Accounting/Finance, IT/Engineering, Light/Heavy Industrial, Scientific/Clinical, Human Resource and various other skill categories with a strong background in Computer Aided Design & Manufacturing. My technical background has greatly helped me in developing a better connect with the candidates which has subsequently resulted into better hires for the organization. I like making/using Boolean search strings and identifying keywords for fast sourcing of qualified and relevant resumes on various job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice and also sometimes on Indeed and LinkedIn because a good string means less work for me. In case my computer system refuses to work some times, and System Admin is not there, I can use my technical support skills as well. I have a decent understanding of computer systems - Hardware, Software and their connection (Networking) which sometimes helps me in diagnosing and solving many technical issues (Not every time though!) In case my recruiting abilities are lost somehow, I can operate a CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) machine and also conventional lathes, milling and grinding machines and 3-D printers used in manufacturing to earn my living or create something useful. And I got some computer software skills as well that includes using Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and C/C++ programming language and many CAD/CAM/CAE software like AutoCAD, Creo/Pro-E, SOLIDWORKS, MasterCAM and ANSYS etc. And when I am not doing all these, I love playing and watching pretty much any sport that involves using one's body and brains - be it Football, Table Tennis, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Carrom Pool or basically any sport. Some reading/researching scientific/spritual literature, learning/reading agricultural science, some yoga, some volunteering, some debating, watching life & nature around and much more.
