Human Resources Business Growth Partner
- Provide end-to-end HR solutions including managing employee relations and organization design for approximately 700+ employees from various business units (e.g. Information Technology and Business Solutions). - Collaborate with PwC for job evaluations of respective business units to restructure organizational design. - Manage the complete recruitment cycle and coordinate with the hiring managers for a smooth onboarding process. - Develop and implement HR strategies for assigned business units, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, retention, diversity & inclusion, exit interviews, and employee engagement (Townhalls, recognition ceremonies, retreats). - Partner with the business to enable proactive employee sensing that results in timely intervention.
