I am an English graduate with an Associate Degree in English, with a strong interest in communication, writing, and customer service. I have experience in customer service, where I developed the ability to communicate effectively, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy.
I completed an internship at UPT Layanan Bahasa ITB, where I worked in language services and also gained experience as a customer service assistant. In this role, I handled client inquiries, assisted with service requests, and ensured clear and professional communication between clients and the team. I was also involved in translation and proofreading tasks, which strengthened my attention to detail and accuracy.
