customer queries, commenting on positive reviews and addressing negative feedback, and getting
negative reviews removed
● Search engine optimization tasks such as keyword research.
● Content-related tasks, such as creating excellent content for Amazon product listings and
Amazon Posts.
● Answering various questions on Amazon, responding to feedback, or handling any manner of
customer service problem through e-mail.
● General account health monitoring, creating cases for issues.
● Pricing Analysis and creating discount offers.
● Manage the customers’ feedback, order fulfillment, rating, and reporting to manage the
performance of your Amazon store
● Sales traffic and inventory tracking management.
● Update Keyword research and initiate backend keyword indexing.
Account Management and Team Lead
