· Develop proposals/responses to RFPs, RFIs, EOIs and client requirements in collaboration with technical, finance and sales team.
· Use Agile methodology (scrum framework) and Microsoft TFS/JIRA, prepare storyboards, user stories, wireframes, and provide weekly reports to clients.
· Gather, analyze, and prioritize business processes and complex functional and technical requirements with sign offs from stakeholders.
· Monitor status and progress of projects at all stages.
· Manage project communication to the business.
· Develop Business Cases, Business Processes, Business Requirements Document, and Functional Requirements Documents
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, sales, and finance for solution feasibility analysis in technical and cost perspective.
· Coordinate with ISVs & vendors for cost, and implementation feasibility.
· Manage project changes through change management process and tools.
· Define solution design and architecture, integration points and support models.
· Recommend best fit enterprise solutions either by in-house teams or vendors.
· Determine gaps in client’s existing applications, and processes.
· Interact with business users, service providers and technical teams.
