Our Key Differentiation are - 1) For Teenagers : We Map their Interest & Passion with a Purpose , Ability and Market Demands . 2) For Youth : We draw up their Career Solutions by a) Helping them Discover their Strengths , Discussing & Mapping their Strengths with Market Opportunities b) Creating a Road map to Employability & Entrepreneurship through our In-House Program "Campus to Corporate - Get that Job ".The Objective is to make the Unemployed People Employable through Skill Development Programs which grooms and prepares Job Aspirants to Win any kind of Interviews and get a good job in Corporate or be an Independent Entrepreneur . The larger objective is to address the current unemployment situation through skilling and grooming interventions . c) Building Entrepreneurs and Start Ups through our Own In-house Program - from Job-seeker to Job Creator" We Create Entrepreneurs, Build Business For them Without Funding & Skill them adequately to Run their own MSME. d) Placement Support : Career Coaching , Skill Development , 1:1 Industry Mentoring , Corporate Engagements - CXOs/Functional Leaders & Transformations of Student to a Corporate Ready Professional , In-House and Other Routine Corporate Placements . 3) For Professionals : a) Our Own In-house Internships at Entry Level : the purpose of this Internship is to prepare the professional /Student with all the techniques of coping with all the challenges of transition from a relaxed campus to a Dynamic Corporate Life. Apart from Functional Knowledge &Skills , we help our Interns with Performance Evaluation, Personal Development , CXO Engagements, Practical Knowledge of "HOW " of the "WHAT" to do and Make them Corporate Ready by Identifying & Building their Own Individual Differentiation b) For Mid Level Professionals We Have Our In House Potential Evaluation Criteria and Process through which we measure their Thought Leadership , Drive to Excel, Engaged Style and Change Management.
