This includes followings Tasks • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll (Permanent and contractual). • Maintain Head Count Report, New Hire Payroll Report, Employee Turnover Report and Payroll Reconciliation Report. • Manage all the salary offers/contracts and related documentation in line with market benchmarks. • KPI Adjustments, Commissions & Incentives, Over Time, Travel Allowances, Tax Rebates adjustments, Loans, Funds. • Promotions, Transfers & Relocation. • Probations and Confirmations. • Compliance to local law for Social Security (EOBI & PESSI) and taxation. • Health Insurance (OPD & IPD), Group Life Insurance. • Annual Appraisal/increments and bonuses. • Final Settlements Gratuity and Terminal benefits. • HR Policies/Manuals & Procedures Update. • HR Reports & Dashboards, HR Audit. • Attendance & Leaves Management. • Employee Record. • Annual Tax Certificates, Bank Letters, Experience and Employment Letters, HR Announcements & Intimations via emails.
