I have hands-on experience in customer service through my role as a cashier in our family business, where I directly assist customers every day. I handle transactions, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure that each customer feels welcomed and valued. Being in a front-facing role taught me how to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and maintain professionalism even during busy hours. Aside from that, I also have experience working as a Virtual Assistant. In this role, I handled online inquiries, managed social media platforms and OTA listings, responded to customer messages, and supported administrative tasks. This helped me develop strong written communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. Both experiences strengthened my ability to serve customers in different environments — face-to-face and online. Through these roles, I realized that customer care is something I genuinely enjoy, which is why I pursued a degree in Hospitality Management. I always make it a point to treat every customer with the same respect and care that I would want for my own family.
