Customer support
I have worked in customer services in call centers in Lissabon, Portugal and in Athens, Greece. The services included both chat and phone services concerning technical support of issues with TV, computers, tablets and mobiles and also the issues with order, payments, cancellations and refunds. In addition, in Finland I have been employed by three call centers to work on sales by phone. I have been selling computer connections, magazines and charity. For a shorter times I have worked in sales and customer service in department store and bookstore face to face with customers.
I am a qualified teacher having a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology. During my educational studies I studied also presentational skills and educational psychology. Before stating a company of my own I studied digital marketing and customer service. I have been trained for every time by the call centers before starting the customer service abroad and in Finland, too. This training for customer service of call centers has taken almost 8 weeks altogether.
