I have been in a customer service role, for the last 5 years. Which saw me handling the on-boarding of new clients to our online portal, giving them access to our software.
My role was to ensure all clients were adequately cared for, which included numerous online calls and meetings with them, personally walking through the process of signing up for and them using our software.
I would generate and assist with client statements as well as assist them with the withdrawals and deposits of their funds. High net worth clients were given access to my private communication channels, at which I would assist them whenever they needed me.
I am familiar with the following software: Jira, Zendesk, G-sheets, LastPass, Trello, Xero
However I am eager to learn and discover other options. I am a fast learner.
