I was employed in S&P Global Market Intelligence in Order Management as an OM specialist, Sr. Administrator in a contractual position for one year and have worked in a Zones LLC as an Account Manager (Sales), providing various hardware and software solutions. It was all about giving customer service to USA Federal Government sectors and clients from other countries that need products like Microsoft, Cisco, Lenovo, and many other hardware/software products.
