When you hire me to record your voiceover you will receive:
• A professionally recorded voiceover of up to 150-word script (See Rate Schedule below for other lengths).
• Fully edited, de-breathed, ready-to-use* audio file** in your specified format (WAV, MP3, etc. — I normally provide both a WAV and an MP3 version.)
• Delivery of first take typically within 48 hours***.
• Reasonable retakes and revisions at my discretion (typically one round of revisions)****.
• Very minor script editing to be determined at my discretion. (Full script writing and editing services available by arrangement. See below.)

How I approach your voiceover:
You want a great video, right? Of course!
But good visuals and animations aren't enough. Every element of your production is important, but the script and voiceover are two of the most important of all.
So, what makes a great voiceover?
A great voiceover is more than just “professional” sounding. The speaker must “connect”

…and with your target audience
Humans are emotional creatures. Effective communication reaches us on an emotional level.
Stepping into the mic booth and recording a voiceover script in an authentic manner that “connects” is a fine art, developed over time, through training and experience.
When a client hires me to record their voiceover I don't rush into the booth, record a couple of takes and call it good. If possible, I take time to get to understand the project, the objectives, the message, and the target audience and discover the “feel” of the read. I seek to internalize the script so that, when I record, my deliver is natural, organic, and real sounding, as if the words were my own, coming from my mind and heart.
You have an important message. It's worth making sure that you connect with your audience and communicate your message in a clear and compelling manner.

Notes:
* “Ready-to-use” — Unless you specify otherwise (i.e., if you request “raw” audio, unprocessed audio, etc.) normal delivery includes complete noise removal (except where a “room-tone” track is included in the mix) and “de-breathing” — i.e., removal of loud breaths, typically leaving in some subtle, quieter breaths for a more natural sound, depending on the genre.
** “Audio file” — There is normally a charge of $1.00 per file to split the audio into separate files, such as for e-learning modules.
*** “Delivery” — Faster turn-around may be available by special arrangement, my schedule allowing. Additional fee may be required, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
**** “Reasonable retakes and revisions” — Your satisfaction is my top priority. I approach each project like a partnership. My goal is to deliver a voiceover that will combine perfectly with and powerfully enhance your production. To help me accomplish this goal it is important that we have good communication and understanding regarding your message, audience, objectives, etc. and, especially, the appropriate style, tone, and feel. The better the communication up front (before recording) the fewer retakes will be required. (It may also be necessary to clarify any issues regarding pronunciation of unusual words, etc.) Complete re-recording due to changes in the script are normally billed the full original fee.)
