I'm particularly interested in aligning myself to opportunities which relate strongly to my over 25 years of experience in Organization Development, Strategic HR Leadership, Leadership hiring amongst others. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following: • Demonstrated success in providing strategic direction for identifying, developing & implementing OD initiatives which included leadership development, employee development, performance management, and succession planning. • Showcased excellence in identifying problems, formulating tactical plans, initiating change, implementing effective HR programs, leveraging social media for employer branding/passive talent nurturing and managing modern HR systems in challenging & diverse environments. • Achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills and an ability to manage change with ease. I have built my edge and expertise to define and drive positive workplace culture, HR & OD practices and everything that makes an organization stand out to be an honest great place to work which goes beyond being ranked. The initial years with GATI Cargo & Aga Khan Education Services India trained me to learn HR principles as a trainee and manage the HR function as a Leader. The early opportunity to be the HR head helped me comprehend business issues that needed to be addressed through people enablement. Over the next few years, as the movement to make education a fundamental right gathered momentum, I got hands-on experience in working with Child Rights & You on issues pertaining to education and child rights. In my second stint with Aga Khan Education Services, I was able to own challenging roles in the domain of Faculty Development, Performance Management and supporting to establish schools through organization design. The Dale Carnegie experience came at the right time as corporate India was warming up to the need for employability skills, leadership development, succession planning across functions. The need to keep employees engaged and aligned to higher purpose became an imperative. My 12.5 years with Dale Carnegie, aligned me to a genuine belief that talent is mission-critical to an organization- now and in the future. Recognizing that a sharp focus on talent differentiates organizations and breeds competitive advantage, with benefits for both associates and the company. With this belief, I worked as a partner with BU L&D Teams, BU stakeholders, and senior leadership that gave me a good understanding of what matters, what doesn’t and balancing all of the variables to drive a holistic and a culture of learning, performance and accountability across multiple organisations agnostic of industry. Since July 2019, I am working with LabourNet Services that is enabling livelihoods, I have had the opportunity to design & deploy project centric talent development programs and policies, tailored learning and development interventions, designed performance management systems while building and crafting innovative processes and solutions which impact the talent strategy. Focusing on building a robust talent pool that can ace a high-performance environment, mentoring and curating learning programs, LMS integration and framing policies have all been a part of my contribution. I have a very clear understanding of how to build organization effectiveness by continuously assessing and facilitating people to create commitment, competence and culture that is measurable and sustainable over the long term.
